Role & responsibilities
- Globally manage and resolve 1st and 2nd line of support tickets
- Manage IT's service responsibilities and support our service desk in the Cognite Bengaluru office
- Hands-on support experience with with:
- Access management to internal and 3. party systems and applications
- License management and requests
- User identity and groups support
- IT hardware troubleshooting and requests
- Access management
- Troubleshoot and resolve support issues related to Azure (Intune/Entra ID), GWS, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Slack, SaaS applications
- Document IT processes in our knowledge base
- Collaborate and leverage the organization's expertise for efficient IT Operations.
We believe most of these should match your experience
- You have experience working 1st and 2nd line in IT operation support
- You have experience with working with an ITSM tool - preferably Jira Service Management
- Bachelor's/Master's degree degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience in IT Operations
- You are a team player who loves to share, inspire, and collaborate
- You have relevant technical skills and contribute to the team's tasks
- You are service-minded and are energized by spending time with your colleagues
- MacOS, Windows, and different Linux distributions
- Microsoft Defender, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect
- M365
