Role & responsibilities
- Global Support: Manage and resolve 1st and 2nd line support tickets
- Service Desk Management: Support IT Operations in the Cognite Bengaluru office
- Access management for internal and third-party systems and applications.
- License management and processing requests
- User identity and group support
- IT hardware troubleshooting and handling requests
- Access management
- Resolve support issues related to Azure (Intune/Entra ID), Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Slack, and other SaaS applications
- Documentation: Document IT processes in our knowledge base
- Collaboration: Work closely with the organization to leverage expertise for efficient IT operations

We believe most of these should match your experience
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in IT operation support, specifically 1st and 2nd line roles
- ITSM Tool Proficiency: Experience with ITSM tools, preferably Jira Service Management
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or similar
- Has relevant experience in IT Operations
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit who loves to share, inspire, and work with colleagues
- Technical Skills: Relevant technical skills to contribute effectively to the team's tasks
- Service-Minded: A service-oriented mindset, energized by interacting with colleagues
- Operating Systems: MacOS & Windows
- Security Tools: Microsoft Defender, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect
- Productivity Suites: M365, Google Workspace
- Atlassian Products: Jira, Confluence, Trello
- SaaS Applications: Various third-party SaaS applications
- Identity Management: SAML SSO & SCIM
