Target Range:
$25.00 /Hr. - $31.00 /Hr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
Axos is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first and second level support for hardware, software, and operating systems for PC and Apple-based computing products across Axos Bank, Clearing and Axos Advisor Services. In addition to a strong technical aptitude and desire to learn, we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
This position is on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Image, deploy in office and ship desktop and laptop computers for remote users. Assist with development and quality control of imaging solution
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Mac OS and Linux (Windows 10/11)
- Onboarding new users with providing them with imaged computers with all required equipment and software installed per their role/ Offboarding users, collecting computers and disabling access
- Tracking all inventory items including items shipped, equipment stock, software and move physical devices as needed.
- Handle all incoming IT Support calls, emails, and tickets; triage issues as they arrive and route issues to relevant departments.
- Adhere to operational Service Level Agreement
- Regular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of all company workstation systems
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload efficiently
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
- Ability to work extended hours and be on call as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 4+ years' in software applications, Windows, and hardware technical support role in an enterprise environment
- Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA A+, or Network+ are preferred
- Experience IT Systems, Security and Networking, local and client-server applications, IT functions, and support SCCM, Exchange, Azure, AWS , VMWare and Active Directory
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, Powershell and Windows Group Policy management. IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow
- Ability sit and stand extended hours. Lift up to 25 lbs
