IT Support Engineer

We are looking for a Support Enigineer to join our team.

What is your role?  

Your specific tasks include:  

• Managing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence,  

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize workflows and optimize tool usage, 

• Providing training and guidance to team members on effective use of Atlassian tools, 

• Troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Atlassian tools in a timely manner, 

• Preparing the knowledge base article for the new support cases for future reference, 

• Evaluating and managing the usage of Atlassian add-ons / plugin to meet team and business needs, 

• Identifying performance bottlenecks and gaps between current and desired end states, 

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

• Min. 3+ years of experience in IT industries and in administrating Atlassian software, 

• Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Confluence, 

• Comprehensive understanding of ITIL, and Agile Frameworks, 

• Knowledge of scripting languages and Jira APIs: Knowledge of Jira's REST and Java APIs to automate tasks and integrate with other systems (FreshWork, RBAC) 

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken (Polish and English), 

• We are looking for a solution-oriented team player with an innovative mindset and attention to detail who will challenge the status quo with us in order to grow together with us, 

• Solid work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams, 

• Ability to take care of multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, 

• Atlassian certifications are welcome but not essential.
