It Support Bp&B Engineer
Responsabilidades:
- Ejecución de rutinas de mantenimiento y operación de las diferentes plataformas que se soportan dentro del área,
- Atender eventos de falla de servicios e incidentes de fallas de plataformas.
- Ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento preventivos y proactivos dentro las diferentes plataformas.
- Monitoreo de aplicaciones y solución de problemas de los servicios.
- Atender de forma remota y presencial el soporte de las plataformas y servicios por medio de VPN.
- Participación en actividades de upgrades, fix, parchados entre otras de aplicaciones y acompañamiento en actividades de implementaciones de nuevas soluciones.
- Revisión de documentos de nuevas soluciones que son entregadas al área para soporte.
- Creación y diseño de alertas y rutinas de mantenimientos automatizadas.
- Administración de plataforma criticas como parte de negocio.
Condiciones de trabajo:
Disponibilidad de horario de lunes a domingo por temas de turnos de soporte del área.
Años de experiencia: 1 año
Educación:
Universidad Completa: Ingeniería en Sistemas o Informática
Conocimientos:
- Java
- Python
- NodeJS
- Herramientas open source para soporte y monitoreo de aplicaciones (ELK, Grafana)
- Kubernetes y Docker
- Herramientas de manejo de colas (RabbitMQ)
- Sistema Operativo Linux, Windows
- Base de datos relacionales (Oracle, SQL)
- Oracle Weblogic
Competencias y Habilidades:
