- Supporting the IT team with support activities (on-site, by phone) including media technology/meeting rooms
- Creation and maintainance of IT manuals, instructions, and IT descriptions (e.g., FAQs, solution descriptions)
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Ordering, distribution, and disposal of end-user hardware (work equipment and telephony)
- Conducting 1st level controls (e.g., access rights) and collaborating with risk and security
Requirements
- Completed IT education (e.g. technical college (HTL))
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support
- Customer-oriented, structured, and precise working style
- You stand out for your helpful, communicative, and solution-oriented nature
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of network technology and hardware
- Good command of German and English (written and verbal)
- Availability for on-call duty for building security approximately 1 week/month
- Knowledge in the field of IT security preferred
