Role

Reorg is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at our office in London. We are looking for a super smart, friendly and all-around great individual who takes care of people and the technology they use. As a member of the Corporate IT team, you will have the opportunity to create a seamless experience for Reorg end-users in multiple offices around the world, research and deploy new tools and services, and flat out solve hard problems. 

 

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail, customer service, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and establish priorities
  • Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining end-user facing knowledge based articles
  • Maintaining infrastructure documentation, including diagrams and configurations
  • Fluent in English

Tech Skills

  • Proficient in both Windows and macOS operating system and hardware troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot docking stations and wired and wireless network for Windows and Mac
  • Web conferencing knowledge (tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc...)
  • Experience with Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro etc...)
  • Networking knowledge and experience (trace ports and network lines).
  • Experience working with third-party hardware and software and procurement practices

General Skills

  • Serve as escalation point for service and support issues
  • Create documentation of systems, workflows, processes and sites
  • Ability to manage the support ticketing queue and assign tickets
  • Manage and track an inventory of global assets
  • Anticipate hiring needs and procure and maintain a global stock of hardware standards
