Summary:
We are seeking an experienced technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of global IT projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The Global IT Project Manager will be reporting to the Global IT Manager.
Responsibilities:

Manage global IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with our governance model and enterprise architecture framework.

Coordinate and lead technical projects, including budgetary control, third-party management, and stakeholder engagement.

Partner with governance, network, and security teams to ensure that all projects are delivered in compliance with our governance model and enterprise architecture framework.

Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans to ensure minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project scope statements, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs.

Manage and coordinate the work of external vendors and internal teams to ensure that all project deliverables are met.
Requirements:

B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field, with 5–7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 3 years in project management within an IT infrastructure environment.

Technical IT experience, with a solid track record of delivering IT infrastructure projects.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong budgetary control and financial management skills, with the ability to manage project budgets and forecasts.

PMP certification.
-
ITIL certification or equivalent experience.

Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Minimal travel required (less than 5%).
Preferred Experience / Skills:

Familiarity with project management tools and platforms, such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or ServiceNow.

Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.

Experience with cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
