IT Project Manager

We seek an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for initiating, overseeing and coordinating the execution of diverse technical projects involving all stakeholders across multiple departments. A day in the life:
You are an IT Project Manager at MediSpend. You are the primary Scrum Master for all Agile based SDLC projects. You conduct all standard ceremonies including standups, reviews, planning, and retrospectives for multiple product lines and multiple scrum teams. You manage the execution of broad IT technical projects that are based on targeted client deliverables and material infrastructure upgrades. You define and implement key metrics to monitor project success and asses risk. You identify, notify, and mitigate risks. You collaborate with Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Data Operations to develop project plans and timelines for all projects. You oversee the execution and coordinate production releases and deployment processes. You establish, socialize and reinforce best practice usage of SDLC toolset. You conduct the annual ISO 27001 internal audit. You help drive compliance with Quality Management System policies and procedures governing the SDLC process.
What you bring to the table:
Extensive experience in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a product development environment. Solid understanding and historical use of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle. A history of driving projects to a timely and successful completion with limited direction. Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels. In depth knowledge and experience with various tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). A passion for process measurements and improvements. Knowledge and experience in data driven project management including key metrics implementation, monitoring, trend analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement.

Compensation for the position posted in accordance with various states and local legislation for a permanent remote position: Annual salary of $115,000-$135,000+Benefits+bonus (depending upon experience)
