IT Project Manager

What You Will Do:

- Plan and oversee projects for the implementation and development of complex IT systems;

- Manage project deadlines and risks;

- Communicate effectively with customers and team members;

- Allocate tasks and resources efficiently;

- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met;

- Maintain up-to-date project documentation;

- Continuously improve project management processes.

We Are Looking For:

- 2-3 years of experience in IT project management;

- Successful completion of at least 3 large projects as a Project Manager;

- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM, Kanban);

- Ability to manage customer expectations effectively;

- Experience working with distributed teams;

- Fluent in Russian, with a minimum of C1 proficiency in English;

- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills;

- Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies;

- Strong analytical thinking;

- Excellent communication skills, including mentoring and leadership abilities.
