Main responsibilities:
- Co-creating and coordinating execution of a project roadmap based on client expectations, requirements, available resources, internal assumptions and recommendations,
- Ongoing project management: identifying risks, foreseeing bottlenecks and blockers, gathering necessary knowledge and resources, supervising progress, managing schedules and creating action plans,
- Leading an open and transparent communication between the client and the team, including: hosting and moderating meetings, sharing notes and summaries, reporting on progress, keeping the project tools up to date, assisting and educating clients (when needed).
Requirements for the role:
- At least 5 years of previous experience of working as a project manager in a tech company,
- Excellent communication and English skills (at least C1),
- A hands-on, get things done attitude (we seek an engaged contributor, not just a facilitator),
- Profound understanding of the software development process and experience with diverse project management methodologies,
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills: ability to understand and maneuver through demanding project requirements, schedules, and organizational structures,
- Flexibility needed to work with US based clients.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience as a business consultant or analyst,
- AgilePM, Scrum Master or Product Owner certificate.
