A Day in the LifeOur Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.
In this role as an IT Project Lead in the Digital Technology team, you will work with global stakeholders to manage project (s) through all its facets from intake to implementation.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop and manage all facets of the project(s) from intake through implementation and closure in collaboration with direct management. 

  • Accountable for the successful implementation of the outcomes derived through the change through effective organization and leadership, business case and benefits management, stakeholder management, risk management and issue resolution, planning and control, change management and quality management.  

  • Ensure the project adheres to all Corporate and IT policies and standards.  

  • Responsible for effectively managing the constraints of project management: Scope, Cost, Schedule.  

  • Research and advise on technical and analytical guidance and recommendations to leadership governance bodies.  

  • Experience working in scrum methodology and release planning. 

  Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • A Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role and preference will be given to 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Microsoft office experience a must.  

  • Proven technical project management experience.

  • Scrum certification strongly desired.   

  • Experience with JIRA and other agile tools preferred.  

  • Outstanding communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Ability to navigate through a matrix environment and drive delivery.
