As an IT Product Owner (Sr. Tech Lead), you will be a hands-on leader and a key member of our Platforms & Infrastructure IT Product team within Enterprise Operations and Technology.
We are looking for an influential leader to help shape the strategic vision, align product development with business goals, and ensure platform initiatives deliver measurable value across the organization. - Collaborate with IT Risk Management, IT Finance, and Information Security teams to ensure compliance with standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred.
- Proven experience in Product Management within Technology Platforms with demonstrated delivery.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a cloud environment.
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.
- Previous experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure, including designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions. AWS experience will be preferred.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- In-depth understanding of agile development and continuous deployment practices, including scaled agile (SAFe) release increments.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $163,000 - $245,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
