We are looking for an IT PM to work in an Agile fast paced Network Infrastructure and security-focused environment. The candidate must have a minimum of 11 years IT experience. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below.
The Program Manager will perform day-to-day team and customer requirements management and will work with the customer and others to develop and mature short / long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that customer requirements will be satisfied.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Proficient in planning, directing, and coordinating team, project, and network engineering efforts using the Agile methodology
Significant experience providing program management for engineering programs with a minimum of 5 years of experience working on government enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs, including on-site customer engagement
Possesses a proficiency in multi-tasking as well as being a good communicator / facilitator and comfortable communicating at all levels from engineers to senior leadership, along with status reporting on a weekly basis
Much be highly capable of formulating and executing aggressive but reasonable acquisition and engineering schedules in coordination with multiple subcontractor and technology vendor partner, both large and small
Must be conversant in modern Network Engineering best practices, network technology, and automation of network provisioning
Must be proficient in identifying risks and documenting team progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and success measures to meet customer requirements
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Previous IT PM experience supporting the customer
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certified
• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more IT or Business disciplines

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
