What are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to spearhead our technology systems, oversee our help desk, and ensure swift resolution of technical issues. We seek a leader that is eager to elevate our IT operations and dedication to exceptional service is a must.

What will you do?

  • Directly manage and mentor our IT team
  • Assess business and department tech needs. Recommend hardware/software solutions that enhance efficiency.  Develop a long-term IT roadmap
  • Identify department performance metrics and implement processes that support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Operations and HR to streamline the onboarding process. Ensure the right equipment and applications are in place for our new hires
  • Handle inventory of office tech equipment, including display monitors, peripherals, and video conferencing hardware
  • Own the help desk ticketing system
  • Manage the in-office network infrastructure
  • Spot manual processes that can be automated and implement solutions
  • Commit to being in the office 4 days a week to foster team collaboration, ensure hands-on IT support, and maintain a strong connection with on-site infrastructure

Can I work remotely?

This role requires employees to be onsite in our Mountain View, CA office with some remote flexibility. We believe in the value of in-person collaboration to drive innovation and strengthen team dynamics. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT
  • Strong expertise in macOS with proficient knowledge in MDM
  • Experience with configuration and administration of SaaS applications including JIRA/Atlassian, Okta, G-Suite, Slack, and more
  • Experience administering Zoom and video conferencing hardware
  • Basic proficiency in networking, with an ability to troubleshoot and solve in-office desktop networking issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand, explain, and visualize complex problems and their solutions
  • Experience supporting IT compliance audits

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
