Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior analyst to join our dynamic team.

This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment. Working as IT Senior Analyst to architect, build and support the shopfloor different apps including traceability of products , warehouse management , lab solutions and factory dashboards.

A Typical Day

1. To support the current running digital IT solutions inside the factories as traceability solutions, Execution Systems MES , Warehouse management mobile apps.

2. To architect all the industry 4.0 digital transformation projects from IT technical perspective as (Servers VMs layout, IT/OT segmentations , IIOT devices to be used , Mobile devices best fitting industry environment, SQL requirements ) 3. To work in co-operation with multiple teams as IT onsite support, HCL and regional teams to maintain the current running solutions remotely and physical in factories sites.

4. To architect and support current OT/IT segmentation and cybersecurity for shopfloor solutions

5. To architect and support OPC Kepware layer and identify the new channels and communications to different machines PLC models

6. To create the required design and solution architecture documents for the different digital solutions in the following areas (ME, SC , R&D, Quality, EMS and HSE )

7. To Support the Solutions HW in shopfloor and warehouse as (Handhelds , Thin clients , Label printers , Fixed scanners .. ) In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’s Internal & External customers.

You should be confident in dealing with leaders both from a country level and region level perspective. In Electrolux, we encourage open communication at all levels and put emphasis in dealing with our customers as well as colleagues with integrity and respect.

You will be working in (10th of Ramadan – Cairo -Egypt ) on regular working hours and may be required to travel both domestic and international.

• Having ability to travel or support physical or remotely the factories digital solutions if required

• English profession to write, present and speak Technical Skills

• OT/IT network segmentation and cybersecurity • Virtual Environments (Hyper-V-VMWare) • OPC Kepware (Sever – Clients – Advanced tags – ODBC connection)

• IIOT industrial Hardware and different apps • SQL server Administration • Cloud fundamentals

• Board Knowledge in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VNC, industrial communication protocols

• Board Knowledge in Mobile Android and different Windows and Linux operating systems

EDUCATION

• University Degree in Information Technology or Engineering or Computer Sciences

• ITIL Certified is a plus

• Microsoft certified is a plus EXPERIENCE

▪ At least 8+ years’ experience in industrial facilities supporting different IT apps running in shopfloor or warehouses.

▪ At least 3 years of experience in managing different industrial communication protocols as Modbus , Profibus , Ethernet/IP , Profint ..

▪ At least 1 year of experience working on OPC Kepware defining tags, channels and build the required mapping with SQL.

▪ At least 1 year of experience in SQL server Administration including profiling and optimization plans.

▪ General experience in creating virtual machine environments using VMware or Hyper-V
