IT Operations Lead

TBC Bank Uzbekistan, the first digital bank in Uzbekistan and a part of TBC Bank Group PLC, commenced its operations in 2020. Currently, we are looking for an IT Operations Lead to strengthen our team and optimize IT operations.

Functional Tasks:

• Lead a team in managing and maintaining servers, network devices, storage systems, and virtual environments
• Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans aligned with business goals
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT infrastructure
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
• Perform maintenance tasks, including patching, updates, and configuration management
• Manage disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime
• Integrate Node.js applications with various services and databases
• Collaborate with frontend development, DevOps, and product management teams
• Maintain technical documentation and architectural diagrams

What We Expect:

• Higher education in IT or related fields
• At least 7+ years of experience in IT management
• Experience of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and security
• Experience with modern development technologies and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices)
• Experience in managing teams and projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of contemporary technologies for managing IT operations
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
