What you will do:

• Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring efficient operations and professional growth.

• Define and execute the global IT strategy, aligning with business needs and security requirements.

• Implement Azure Entra ID infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.

• Implement and manage identity and access management across our global organization.

• Oversee IT procurement, vendor management, and software lifecycle processes, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance.

• Manage and enhance endpoint security measures, protecting against threats and vulnerabilities.

• Oversee the administration of Office 365 services and applications.

• Implement and manage SIEM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel) to ensure comprehensive logging, monitoring, and auditing.

• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and security compliance.

• Drive IT automation, leveraging PowerShell and other tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Provide technical leadership and support to end-users across global offices.

• Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, processes, and security protocols.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT operations.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of IT management experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Strong experience with Azure Entra ID, Office 365, and identity management solutions.

• Hands-on expertise in endpoint security, SIEM tools (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel), and IT compliance.

• Proven ability to lead and develop an IT team in a global organization.

• Strong background in IT procurement, vendor management, and software lifecycle management.

• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

• Experience in IT automation using PowerShell or similar tools.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst Associate) are a plus.
