As an IT Junior Reporting Analyst SAP, you will be part of the Electrolux IT Solutions Team and report to the IT Finance Solution Manager BA Europe. This role will be one of the key IT contact points for the Finance Business organization in Europe, working closely with various stakeholders to help maintain, improve and innovate the IT application landscape for finance analytics in BA Europe (SAP focused landscape). This entails both rolling out new solutions as well as helping the business organization understand how to leverage the existing technology. You will engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ascertain a clear understanding of business requirements that you will translate into solutions where problems or opportunities are identified.

To succeed in this role you need to be keen on learning the Finance reporting and analytics processes with innovative & collaborative mind-set. It is expected that the person in this role can closely work with their peers and leads to drive and organize activities required to execute the agreed plan from IT point of view. A successful candidate should be able to mix both strategic understanding of long-term vision with hands on operational implementation tasks.

What you'll do:

• Understand the current finance reporting and analytics solution

• Work with the business stakeholders and IT SMEs to gather requirements and design new solutions

• Work with programmers to deliver high-quality developments, test activities and deployments of new solutions

• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of reporting solutions

• Act as a point of contact to help resolve or address to the relevant team issues faced by the business community with the reporting and analytics solution.

• Provide training to end-users on the use of reporting solutions.

• Maintain documentation for reporting solutions and processes.

• Actively support Finance User Group initiatives and collaboration by analysing the requirements for business and IT process improvements

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. You are keen to learn Finance reporting solutions.

• 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or working together with IT projects would be an advantage but it’s not mandatory.

• Fluency in English.

• Strong analytical skills

• You’re an agile team-player open to new opportunities, evolving priorities and flexible in the way you deliver against deadlines.

What you will learn:

• Strong understanding of data flows in SAP and SAP analytical tools

• Strong understanding of business financial processes at Electrolux

• IT processes, standards, and governance models

• Hands-on experience in reporting tools such as SAP Business Intelligence, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, Business Objects, SAP Analytics Claud, and Power BI.

• Stakeholder Management

• Requirements gathering process, effort estimating process, project delivery, and deployment process/methods

• Collaboration in a cross-functional and international team

Where you'll be:

You will be based in a newly renovated modern office in Kraków at Aleja Powstańców Śląskich 26 (Onyx building) with car parking space.

Our Shared Service Center hires around 1.000 employees dedicated to Global Finance & Accounting, HR Services, IT, Reporting & Analysis CoE, and Product Documentation.
