Position Overview:
The IT Intern position is a temporary role designed for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in Information Technology (IT). As an IT Intern, you will work
closely with IT professionals to gain hands-on experience in various IT functions and projects.
Responsibilities
:
• Assist with basic IT tasks and support activities under the guidance of IT professionals.
• Learn and apply IT concepts, principles, and best practices in real-world scenarios.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve IT-related problems.
• Participate in IT projects, including system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Learn and adhere to IT security policies and procedures to maintain data confidentiality and integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and projects within designated timelines.
• Take initiative to learn new technologies and acquire relevant certifications to enhance skillset.
• Communicate effectively with team members and seek guidance and feedback as needed.
• Perform other IT-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the IT management team.
Qualifications
:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to take on new challenges and grow professionally in the IT field
