P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services can include a wide range of activities such as: software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, network security, technical support, establishing and overseeing access rights, procuring and maintaining equipment or software, managing the infrastructure, and defining security procedures, The overall goal of IT Services is to provide technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage over our competitors.
P&C IT Services is seeking an intern program coordinator for the summer 2025.
Job Description:
-Responsible for all aspects of planning network/social events for ~50+ interns
-Reserving Conference Rooms and preparing presentation materials as needed
-Compiling and sending out routine Announcements
-Triaging Questions as needed
-Networking with other Interns & Leadership
Qualifications:
-Communication (verbal & written), planning and coordination, leadership skills, detail oriented, proactive, time-management, good ambassador for the company
-Excel, Word, Creation of Flyers & Announcements, Microsoft Teams/Outlook/SharePoint
Education:
-Marketing, Communications, or IT degree with minor in Marketing/Communication
-Graduating in 2027 or 2028

What We Do
Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, the operations of Great American Insurance Group are engaged primarily in property and casualty insurance, focusing on specialty commercial products for businesses.
