The Opportunity
As an End User Services Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a professional and collaborative environment. You will develop a working knowledge of IT and system administration practices while working on meaningful projects out of our downtown Cincinnati office.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals.
- Responds to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
- Deploys new hardware and/or software to users.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Audio and Video equipment.
- Mobile device management and end user support.
- Documents all actions taken to resolve issues within designated ticketing tool and keeps all tickets up to date
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at a college or university working toward a degree in the Information Technology field. Preferably in a System Administration or Networking path.
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during normal business hours, but we can offer up to full time hours.
