We are seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) deployments and maintenance.
- Oversee the setup, and ensure seamless operation of audio-visual and video conferencing system platforms.
- Implement and maintain various IT services, including Office 365, antivirus protection tools, VPN services, and more.
- Monitor and manage IT end user computing assets to ensure optimal utilization and control.
- Identify and implement improvements in IT procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain MDM, and other device management tools.
- Provide technical training and support to end users to enhance their IT skills and knowledge.
- Provide off-duty support for IT infrastructure as needed.
- Support other tasks as assigned by the lead.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in IT Technology operations and support.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Network management (Ex. Firewall, Switch, AP, DNS), server hosting (VM), Storage management, data center management
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Good technical knowledge in IT end user computing hardware and software services.
- CCNA certification is preferred.
- Experience with AWS or GCP is a plus.
