We are looking for a full-time IT Generalist, based at our headquarters in Warsaw.
As part of our IT support team, you are jointly responsible for all IT requirements of our three divisions Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty and Watches & Fine Jewelry (Retail and Wholesale)
as well as for our corporate areas within Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Using the Microsoft environment with Cisco network components and servers, you will be involved in the design and optimization of the CHANEL IT landscape and thus contribute to a holistic and future-oriented implementation and optimization of digital processes.
In YOUR ROLE you can expect:
- Tasks related to installation, configuration, operation and monitoring of client and server systems (mainly Microsoft) as well as support for infrastructure changes
- Ordering, installation and configuration of different hardware and software
- Being a contact person for our employees in the head office, in our boutiques and in the field
- Handling problems and faults and their proper documentation
- Cross-interface project coordination
- Contact person for IT helpdesk inquiries from different users
- Cooperation with the IT departments in Germany and Europe in general
- Contributing your own suggestions and optimizations
- Working cross-functionally with other departments
- Supporting and training the team in the field of IT programs and systems
- Conducting regular business trips (1- 2 per month)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimum four years of experience in a similar position
- Studies in business informatics, IT management or comparable training
- Very confident handling of MS Office 365
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server
- Service mindset, analytical way of thinking and willingness to provide excellent services to the business
- Team player with positive attitude, flexibility and stress resistance
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
- Fluent communication skills in Polish and English; Czech or German would be a plus
