About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling expense reports, ensuring receipts align with expense line items, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role oversees vendor payments by managing credit card transactions, entering the correct payment details into vendor portals, and transitioning payments from credit cards to purchase orders where applicable. The coordinator works closely with accounting, procurement, and vendors to streamline payment processes, ensure compliance with company policies, and optimize expense management. Strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. 

This role is open for a two (2) month contract.

  • Review and prepare Purchase Orders to ensure coding is correct, valid justification is provided, and commercial terms are accurate
  • Change vendor payments from Credit Card to PO as appropriate
  • Communicate with vendors about billing changes
  • Monitor completion of goods/services and ensure receipts are posted in an accurate and timely manner (2 & 3-way matching)
  • Create and maintain PO schedules associated with Supplier Contracts
  • Act as liaison between Crunchyroll and vendors in matters related to the Procure-to-Pay process
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure proper and timely processing of Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order Invoices and receipts
  • Assist in managing all key business users’ usage of the procurement system and resolve issues where necessary
  • Educate and train internal customers about the procurement process, technology, and compliance requirements
  • Onboard new vendors and maintain existing vendor master list

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 0-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (Facilities, HR, IT, Marketing, or Entertainment experience a plus)
  • Basic understanding of Accounting and the Procure-to-Pay Process
  • Proficiency in Excel at an advanced skill level
  • Good general working knowledge of the Google Workspace business suite
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, pivot often, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, values compliance, and a high sense of ownership of your work
  • Sensitivity toward handling and exposure to intellectual property
  • Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude and a fit with our Crunchyroll culture

Two in-person days per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the company-wide days for ALL team members to be in the office, and individuals may choose to come in more if the please.
