General Responsibilities:
The IT Desktop Support position will provide on-site and over the phone desktop technical support for all SI-BONE employees in the U.S. and in an as needed basis for the EU. This position is typically focused on internal IT service delivery for employees but may have an external client focus if involved with company-hosted, web-enabled, or outsourced solutions delivery.
Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual.
IT Desktop Support must act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical, and lawful manner, consistent with the company’s Code of Conduct, other company policies and the AdvaMed Code of Conduct and/or any other applicable industry code(s) of conduct. Specific Responsibilities and Skills:
- Configure and maintain laptops, MacBooks, iPads, and network printers.
- Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Support software solutions for the global network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for both in-house and remote employees via Freshservice helpdesk.
- Maintain inventory of IT-issued equipment.
- Monitor performance of PCs and Macs.
- Provide conference room audio/visual support and meeting setups.
- Report non-compliance issues on Quality and Regulatory teams.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
- Computer College Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in IT Desktop/Helpdesk support.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, and Office365. Mac iOS is a plus.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience with some type of MDM environment (Kanji)
- Familiarity with applicable regulations/standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971).
Salary range: $54,000- $61,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
