Position Purpose:
Assists the business stakeholders in driving a demand generation plan, with pipeline build strategies and development of scale initiatives (in both Waterfall and Agile environments). Ensures all demand for approved projects (and enhancements) is gathered, executed, and managed efficiently and effectively across the enterprise. Focuses on both funding and prioritizing individual projects as well as investing in the full scope of products and value the company wants to deliver to its customers.
- Works internally across the organization to understand and document current and future demand for supported services; provides demand forecasts to leadership.
- Correlates IT spending to the value of the services utilized by the organization.
- Identifies gaps and misalignment between current and forecasted demand on current or new systems/services/staff.
- Collaborates with the IT management team to develop project charts, visualities, and reports for fully qualified and approved demand.
- Analyze demand data to identify and report on trends.
- Collaborates with requirements stakeholders to develop business case analysis of projects, services and tools.
- Maintains CyberSec portfolio of tools.
- Formalizes internal procedures.
- Provides assistance in managing SOWs.
- Maintains CyberSec Sharepoint site.
- Facilitates Serving Up Knowledge and Meet Your Leadership sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0 – 2 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management or a related field preferred
Technical Skills:
- One or more of the following skills are desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Power Tool Operation; Tableau (Business Intelligence Software)
- Experience with Agile Testing; Project Management
Soft Skills:
- Beginner - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
- Beginner - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
License/Certification:
- Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Pay Range: $34.81 - $62.54 per hour
