About the role
In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in day-today communication activities – creating content, optimizing tools, and ensuring teams stay informed, engaged, and empowered. As the go-to expert for tools like MS Teams, Confluence, and the Intranet, you’ll help teams collaborate more effectively by making communication seamless and accessible. Whether you’re crafting engaging content, supporting Townhall meetings, or enhancing internal communication practices, you’ll ensure our messages resonate and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage engaging content for newsletters, MS Teams, Confluence, and the Intranet.
• Organize and promote structured, interactive, and impactful Townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost internal awareness and strengthen communication practices.
• Train and support teams in effectively using communication tools to enhance collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-unit forums, like the Community Builder, bringing together representatives from all locations.
• Ensure communication remains visible, accessible, and effective across IT Operations.
Who are You?
You’re a proactive and hands-on communicator who enjoys working directly with communication tools, supporting teams, and improving internal processes. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and thrive on making collaboration smoother and more effective.
You also have:
• Experience in hands-on communication role, focusing on execution rather than strategy.
• Strong skills in optimizing tools like MS Teams, Confluence, and the Intranet.
• A passion for helping teams improve their communication practices through practical solutions.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
