Change & Quality Coordinator Intern
Vanderlande’s North American Service Center (NASC) is responsible for the life cycle service delivery of Warehouse Automation systems for our customers throughout North America. In this position, you will work with the Change Management and NASC Service Support teams. You will coordinate change deployments, manage the NASC quality assurance program, continuous improvement strategies, process management, reporting, customer relations management, and training coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Change Coordination
- Quality assurance program management
- Continuous improvement development and implementation
- Supervise and refine the NASC ticket handling & change management processes
- Provide key metric performance reporting on a recurring basis
- Manage the relationships between the NASC teams and the Customers
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Two years of customer service experience
- Strong communicator, able to effectively understand and set expectations for deliverables
- Able to handle time-sensitive situations, quickly set the right priorities, and maintain attention to detail
- Strong team mentality and willingness to accept responsibility for project completion (Ownership Culture)
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to drive process improvements
- Proactive mindset
- Good understanding of service desk tools and processes

- Associate’s Degree
- ITIL Certification
