The IT Business Analyst will support to the organization The position will co-manage IT initiatives and tasks related to IT Projects and Business Requests. The position will include requirements gathering, building test cases, ad hoc reporting, training, and support to users.
Responsibilities

Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements

Document Requirements and Workflows

Collecting and analyzing data for potential business efficiencies

Identifying specific business opportunities and aid in defining solutions

Influence stakeholders to support initiatives that will enforce business growth and revenue.

Lead projects and coordinate with other teams to produce better business outcomes.

Testing business processes and recommending improvements.

Assist in building custom reports and dashboards.

Generate AdHoc Reports as requested.

Develop training materials and provide training and support end users.

Maintain databases for integrity and accuracy.

Support current and new initiatives related to IT Projects

Assist in managing technical resources and migration of new solutions.

Coordinate activities between IT and business units

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or other related field preferred.
