We are looking for an enthusiastic IT business analyst interested in information technology and how it can be applied to meet business needs.
Job description
This role serves as an agile and collaborative partner with clear own part in responsibility for the successful delivery of solutions in support of strategic business initiatives.
IT business analyst works closely with business and IT teams to identify, analyze, recommend, and support IT solutions.
Output is in a form of high quality documentation for requirements, solution options, business cases, and recommendations created in JIRA, Confluence and Enterprise Architect software.
We expect creative thinking, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills that help maximize the benefit of our IT system investments.
Responsibilities:
- business analysis and requirements gathering
- ensuring that business needs are being met in an effective and efficient manner
- basic process analysis and documentation of business processes, helping to design, implement and facilitate process improvements
- collaboration with subject matter experts and development teams in the planning, design, and development of IT solutions
- creation of implementation documentation for developers and other IT specialists
- validation of agile delivery
- you will work independently as the member of agile team – your ideas will be encouraged and implemented
- cooperation with other members of team on a daily basis. The team values empathy and sharing of ideas and knowledge.
- actively participate on a team ceremonies and analytic workshops
- interaction with various teams in IT division (infrastructure, development, support etc.)
- creation of User Stories as a structure of delivery according to the business requirements and team needs
- collaboration on formation of product backlog, vision and roadmap
Our requirements:
- minimum 2 years of work experience, especially in the area of IT or business analysis
- business and process analysis skillset
- BPMN, UML or other modelling languages
- organizational skills
- experience in IT and IT service management
- ability to work independently and also cooperate in agile team
- ability to create User Stories
- experience working within Agile framework
- structured, systematic and analytical thinking
- drive and motivation to learn and share
- fluency in business and technical English is required
Nice to have:
- ITIL certification
- experience with reporting and dashboarding tools
- experience with change management
- experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
- experience with Sharepoint platform and O365 application
Basic wage component (gross): from 2050 EUR
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Bonus: Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
