We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support business operations by bridging the gap between IT and business processes, ensuring that technology solutions meet the needs of the organization. Your role:
- Analyze recurring support issues and provide insights to improve resolution processes.
- Monitor support tickets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Create concise reports and dashboards for business and IT teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose and implement targeted process enhancements.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical solutions to optimize workflows.
- Address high-impact issues by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Support the automation and streamlining of repetitive tasks.
- Maintain and update troubleshooting guides, process documentation, and best practices.
- Contribute to the knowledge base for improved team efficiency.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable improvements.
- Support the setup of a ticket system to take in and manage data processing service requests.
Your profile:
- Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in data analysis within an IT organization.
- 3-5 years of experience providing IT service support or working on IT projects.
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, and BPC.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results through data insights.
- Highly responsive with a commitment to work ethics and attention to detail.
- Analytical knowledge is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in IT processes and systems within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of ITIL processes or ticket management systems.
- Ability to document processes and create user-friendly guides.
