Job Description

• Perform day-to-day Helpdesk responsibilities including responding IT requests, Troubleshooting, and new joiner On-Boarding
• Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure such as Hardware, Software and Network
• Responsible for new equipment or product of IT system set-up and performing preventive maintenance and calibration (including project implementation and coordination)
• Basic network/server setup and troubleshooting
• Support on Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshoot on Hardware, Software, Network, Server and Printers
• Maintained IT Hardware, Software audit and IT Hardware disposal records
• Provide user guidelines to frequently problem occurred.
• May required standby support after office hours during system maintenance.
• Any other hoc task assigned by the Superior / Head of Department

Additional Exposure as added advantage:

• Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure (PC/Notebook, printers, and peripherals).
• Knowledge of the principles of client/server applications
• Knowledge of the Office applications and relevant product components.
• Knowledge of User administration, Active Directory, and Monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Data Security concepts.
• Customer-centric and service mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology (IT)

• Clear communication when providing IT consulting services to internal customers.
