Job Description
You will support comercial activities for different Network products and services in the Infrastructure area.
Your Tasks:
- Further develop service design for IT infrastructure services in our global service catalogue
- Consult service owners for implementing changes to service structure
- Identify and align with relevant internal and external services for successful service delivery
- Manage commercial product lifecycle of IT services
- Work with service owners and controlling to ensure proper resource planning, calculation and charging
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineer or Business Administration is required.
- Between 3-5 years of working experience in the areas of purchasing, cost or cost accounting is required
- Contracting Knowledge in context of vendor management
- Commercial Knowledge for budget and charging
- IT Process/Catalog Management knowledge for service modeling
- Excellent in MS office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent in presentations, verbal & written communication, interpersonal skills & being able to work in global team environment
- Excellent team player with collaborative approach to problem solving
- Language Skills: English (Fluent), German (differentiating factor - not mandatory)
