Main Responsabilities

  • IT Service Delivery:
    Oversee and execute IT service delivery processes, ensuring that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and user experience.
    Agile project Delivery:
    Develop and maintain user stories to capture requirements from end users effectively.
    Analyze project feasibility in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks to maximize value delivered in each sprint.
    Define business solutions by translating business needs into technical specifications that align with agile methodologies.
    Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster collaboration within the development team.
  • IT Infrastructure Management:
    Collaborate in Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure components, including hardware assets, servers, networks, and storage solutions both on premise and cloud.
    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • General IT Management:
    Follow-up on IT projects from conception to completion, making sure project roadblocks are identified and eliminated.
    Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
