JOB DETAILS

The IT Analyst - Quoting Software Support is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our quoting software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a thorough understanding of software systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support to trouble shoot and resolve software issues reported by end-users
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with software vendors for advanced support and issue resolution.
  • Participate in the implementation of new quoting software or upgrades, including requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes.

Qualifications

Must have:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably with a focus on quoting or similar software.
  • Experience with software implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL

Desirable:

  • Proficiency Paradigm Quoting and Configurator Software

Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
