We are searching  for a highly driven and seasoned IT Administrator with extensive background in SaaS environments who can work onsite at our Montclair, NJ location 2-3 days a week. 


In this role, you’ll bring your expertise of managing and supporting a diverse range of SaaS applications, which include Okta, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, Drata GRC, and other commonly used cloud tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and optimization of our SaaS infrastructure, providing exceptional technical support to our employees, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT systems. You’ll also be the go to person for our executives, supporting onsite departmental meetings as well as various company events.

The Skillset:

  • Can configure, manage and maintain various SaaS applications, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.), Salesforce, AWS, Azure and other relevant SaaS platforms such as Slack, Freshservice, Zoom, Datto RMM, Mosyle, Okta Administration, Drata GRC platform.
  • Have Implemented and enforced security policies and best practices for all SaaS applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple SaaS platforms.
  • Utilize and monitor SaaS application performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Have supported a global office setup in the USA, UK, and India
  • Able to prioritize diagnosis, troubleshooting, support to resolve complex problems to global employees across SaaS applications, integrations and hardware
  • Have developed and delivered training materials and workshops to educate employees on SaaS best practices.
  • Created and maintained a knowledge base of common SaaS issues and solutions.
  • Ensured compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 1 & 2, ISO 27001 & ISO 27701).
  • Implemented and maintained security best practices for all SaaS applications and cloud infrastructure.
  • Conducted regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Managed and responded to security incidents and breaches
  • Participated in IT projects related to SaaS implementation, integration, and optimization.

Within 90 Days, You’ll:

  • Become familiar with the company's IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, and security policies.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Begin providing technical support and resolving user issues.
  • Complete onboarding training and documentation.
  • Gain access to and understand the structure of Okta, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, Datto RMM, Mosyle and Drata GRC.
  • Review and understand existing security protocols and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOC 1 & 2, ISO 27001 & ISO 27701).
  • Shadow senior team members to learn about current processes and workflows.
  • Attend the onsite Montclair, NJ location 2-3 times a week to familiarize yourself with onsite support needs and executive staff.

Within 180 Days, You’ll:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing and supporting core SaaS applications.
  • Independently manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across SaaS platforms.
  • Monitor SaaS application performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Provide onsite and remote support efficiently.
  • Begin to resolve AV-related issues, and document resolutions.

Within 365 Days, You’ll:

  • Contribute to strategic IT projects related to SaaS implementation and optimization.
  • Identify and recommend new SaaS applications and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of security and compliance best practices.
  • Become a trusted resource for technical expertise and support.
  • Have the ability to support Sitetracker audits and gather evidence.
