• Handle first level tech support for a Mac-only environment having a large percent of remote users and within a global footprint
• Assess and prioritize incoming employee support requests with a customer-first mindset and handle the day to day IT administrative tasks
• Diagnose product issues on the spot, explaining situations, and provide technical support for macOS/iOS
• Advising on solutions to get users up and running again as quickly as possible
• Prioritize users and associated needs
• Maintain and contribute to an internal knowledge base of technical documentation
• Maintain the company's IT hardware asset register, monitoring and ordering stock
• Manage relationships with third party vendors

• 2+ years of relevant experience in similar roles (IT Support Engineer / helpdesk in a fast paced environment, Apple Genius)
• Expert knowledge in Mac, macOS, iOS
• Experience in Google Workspace
• Knowledge of endpoint management strategies with experience using different MDM and directory solutions (e.g. Addigy, Jamf)
• Excellent track record of successful service delivery
• Results-oriented, user-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Understand the basic principles of cyber security and be security conscious
• Ability to work onsite in our New York office

Salary Range: $79,101 to $98,876
