ABOUT THE JOB

As a Program Manager working on our Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) team, you will manage customer accounts, technical program definition, deployments of prototype and production sensors, contractual obligations, and business operations. You will be accountable for excellence in program execution and responsiveness to customers and partners. Adaptability and ownership are critical to success.

You will develop a thorough understanding of mission requirements from both the technical and operational perspectives. You will understand the perspectives of both the internal technical teams and external stakeholders and bridge the gap  with effective communication, in the face of ambiguity.

You will leverage your operational knowledge while working with internal project management, engineering, and other teams by acting as the customer’s voice. At the same time, you will also leverage your technical and/or project management knowledge while working with external customers and partners by acting as the voice of the Anduril engineering team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop a deep understanding of the existing and prospective customer base, their planned programmatic and technical roadmaps, resourcing, and the competitive landscape to develop creative but realistic pathways to growth.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of external government stakeholders and industrial partners.
  • Proactively communicate and resolve program technical or contractual issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities, and provide strategic direction to our growth, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
  • Collaborate with Program and Engineering leads to develop and execute coordinated approaches to business opportunities.
  • Help plan, flight test, and deploy prototype and production systems in support of customer missions. Keep a close pulse on how customers interact with the product to inform improvement.
  • Communicate Anduril's value to customers, partners, competitors, and the interested public. Project the company's ethos, conveying insights that illustrate our approach to building next-generation defense technology and our competitive edges in doing so.
  • Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement both internally and externally.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years relevant experience working on technology development projects
  • Operation experience with airborne Navy platforms
  • Demonstrated experience working with both internal and external stakeholders across various technical domains, fostering collaboration and driving alignment
  • Experience working with technically advanced systems requiring an understanding of complex software and hardware products
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and technical / programmatic reports to key leadership and the customer
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail and focus on customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify emerging trends and adapt product strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated experience working with both internal and external stakeholders across various technical domains, fostering collaboration and driving alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and simplify complex problems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

US Salary Range

$168,000$252,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
