Job Description
Position – how you’ll contribute:
- Providing comprehensive reception desk service, including ordering repairs, ensuring efficient office space organization, and maintaining contact with the building administrator
- Organization of international business trips
- Ensuring proper document flow
- Managing meetings and corporate events
- Organizing purchases (necessary office and food supplies)
- Collaborating with other internal departments on assigned tasks
- Supporting other administrative activities
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need:
- Experience in a similar position
- English proficiency at a communicative level (at least B1)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- High personal culture and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and responsibility
