This is what you will move

Provide administrative support in all trademark-related matters, including deadline tracking and correspondence with external counsel on a global scale

Collaborate closely with colleagues from the legal and patent teams on trademark and design-related topics

Compile and organize required documentation in close collaboration with colleagues across global regions

Manage and maintain the global trademark and design database

Prepare, file, and renew Swiss and international trademarks

Review trademark watch notices and conduct trademark searches

Handle invoice management
What you bring along
-
A commercial or academic background; a paralegal qualification (e.g. CAS) is a plus, but not a must
-
5 to 10+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international company or law firm

Proficiency in IP management software

Structured, detail-oriented working style paired with excellent organizational abilities

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively cross-functional and with international colleagues

Strong communication skills in both English and German; French is a plus
