About the Role
The Investor Reporting Analyst/Associate role is an integral part of the Capital Markets team that has issued over $24B in ABS transactions. The Reporting Team is responsible for managing those securitizations through their post-closing lifecycle. The Investor Reporting Analyst/Associate role will be responsible for the successful delivery of monthly investor reports and assist in supporting the Capital Markets Deal Team. The candidate should be comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with time-sensitive objectives. This position will be involved in cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to executive management. The role represents an opportunity to grow alongside a burgeoning global financial technology company.
Responsibilities
- Review and assist in the compilation of monthly investor reports within a set timeframe, while managing trustee communication and partner reconciliations
- Assist the Capital Markets Deal Team in marketing and closing securitizations by summarizing loan level data into comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Capital Markets Deal Team to onboard new partners and asset classes
- Develop new processes and enhance existing procedures for optimal efficiency while generating and maintaining up-to-date documentation
- Work closely with various teams including OCEO, Treasury, Finance, Partnerships, Deployment, and Risk to assist on special projects that directly impact company-wide priorities
Requirements
- 0 - 3 years of experience or a strong interest in a financial operations, accounting, trustee, investor reporting, or treasury role
- Pro-active team player who is able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to analyze, resolve and communicate complex issues and resolutions in a sound and timely manner
- Advanced Excel knowledge required
- Familiarity with specialty finance industry preferred
- Python and SQL knowledge preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.
Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
Compensation Range for New York Based Hires
$80,000—$110,000 USD
