We are looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join our team and own the investor relations process for our capital raising initiatives.
What you will do
- Engage with a high volume of potential investors to facilitate investment closings for our current capital raise (pacaso.com/invest) and future capital raising initiatives
- Build capital raising campaign marketing strategies, using creativity and data insights
- Manage investor communication, engagement, and support
- Ensure compliance with SEC and investor relations requirements
- Conduct market research and reporting to enhance our investment process
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

What We Do
Pacaso is a service that creates a more accessible category of second-home ownership. The company helps people buy and own a second home through a property-specific LLC, and reduces the cost and hassle of ownership. Pacaso manages the property and uses proprietary technology to make scheduling easy. Pacaso was founded by Zillow executives, including co-founder and former CEO Spencer Rascoff and founder and former CEO of dotloop, Austin Allison. The company raised $17 million in Series A funding from leading venture capital firms such as Maveron, Crosscut and Global Founders Capital. Additionally, Pacaso has secured $250 million in debt financing to purchase shares of homes.
