Position: Investor Relations Analyst
We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join our dynamic Investor Relations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team’s investor engagement and business development initiatives. You will have diverse responsibilities and coordinate cross-functional workflows across finance, accounting, legal, and other internal teams. Working closely with the internal team, you will assist in supporting the company's current and future investor reporting requirements, supporting the investor onboarding processes for investment funds and supporting the team’s relationships with existing limited partners and prospective investors. Additionally, you will drive and efficiently manage special projects as required and represent Polychain externally at public and private LP-related industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the investor universe, investment strategies at Polychain Capital and the competitive landscape
  • Ownership of due diligence questionnaires, on-site due diligence meetings, requests for proposals and bespoke requests
  • Ownership, coordination and creation of investor content, including investor reports, investor meeting presentations and communications including:
    • Quarterly reporting communications.
    •  Annual meeting presentations.
    • Investor meeting materials.
    • Marketing and branding materials.
    • Ad-hoc reports and presentations.
  • Share ownership of the Investor Relations inbox, monitoring and    responding promptly to investor questions and requests.     
  • Handle the distribution of investor-related marketing collateral.
  • Support the team’s use of its CRM (Salesforce), enter new meeting notes into Salesforce, manage account information and ensure all information in Salesforce is accurate and current.
  • Assist in the team’s investor outreach efforts by helping to organize investor events, sending outreach emails for roadshows, assisting with meeting follow-ups and performing investor research ahead of upcoming meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external rules, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the firm’s investment professionals, operations team and external counterparties to respond to investor requests.

Requirements:

  • Possess highly effective communication skills, encompassing verbal, written and graphic abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant investor relations experience at a financial services or technology company.
  • Showcase a proven track record of adeptly constructing and managing processes, resulting in heightened efficiency.
  • Display an exceptional attention to detail that ensures accuracy and precision.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Occasional travel to represent Polychain Capital and provide support at key events.


Additional Information:

  • Demonstrate a passion for and knowledge of cryptocurrency, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Salesforce and Google Suite experience is a plus.
  • Degree in finance and/or accounting is preferred but not required.
  • Full-Time position.

Salary Range:
Competitive Compensation: 100,000-$125,000 (dependent on experience) plus eligibility for discretionary annual performance bonus.
