About the Role

iCapital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketer to join our Investment Solutions Product Marketing team within the Product and Audience department. This role will report to the Head of Product and Audience Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of the comprehensive iCapital investment product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services marketing, with a focus on annuities, structured investments, alternative investments, or similar products.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Support the strategy, development, and execution of go-to-market plans for iCapital’s Alts and Structured Investments and Annuities platform and Alternatives Distribution and Structured Investments, including SI Distribution, m+ funds, and outcome driven strategies. 
  • Client Engagement: Facilitate rollouts of platform enhancements and tools across multiple owned and paid channels including email, on-platform communications, events, digital campaigns, social, and webinars with existing client base.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and engagement of the iCapital platform.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage utilization of various sales enablement materials such as presentations, fund fact sheets, brochures, case studies, and product demos to communicate the platform and products’ value to potential and existing customers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Business Development team, Product Management, Compliance, and Marketing Communications organization, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, a competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • 7-15+ years of experience in product marketing within the financial services industry, with a focus on annuities, structured investments, alternative investments, or similar products
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $185,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
