Your Mission: Support the Investment Team in identifying, analyzing, and executing high-impact real estate investment opportunities. Conduct financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Contribute to the company’s continued success by maintaining a sharp analytical approach and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, including sensitivity analysis, IRR/Cash-on-Cash calculations, joint venture, and debt structuring.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support investment underwriting and prepare deal-specific proposals.
- Draft deal memos, information memoranda, offer letters, and other investment-related documents.
- Assist senior investment team members in preparing appraisals and reports for the Investment Committee.
- Monitor the performance of existing assets, comparing actual performance against financial projections.
- Analyze the real estate investment market, collecting and evaluating data from various local and international sources.
- Develop and maintain internal reporting summaries to track investment performance and market trends.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support as required.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis and real estate financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Expertise in financial modeling, including IRR and cash flow analysis.
- Solid understanding of real estate investment principles and market analysis.
- Knowledge of debt structuring, joint ventures, and investment underwriting.
- Experience in preparing investment reports, appraisals, and deal memos.
- Data analysis and research skills, with the ability to interpret market trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
