We are looking for an administrator to join our Leicester office on a 12-month fixed term contract. Joining our investments team, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the first step in their career with a well-established company.
As an investment administrator, you will gain unique experience in the asset management industry and get a taste of the exciting process of supporting our clients on their growth journey.
This role is office based with the occasional day/days working from home, as agreed with your line manager.
The successful applicant will:

possess strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills

be self-driven and able to work without constant supervision

have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
As an investment administrator, the successful applicant will support the investment operations team along the entire investment process by providing general investment administration support.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

day to day administration in line with the trading requirements of the Investment Operations Client Dealing team

day to day co-ordination and switching process on our model portfolios

working with colleagues to manage the centralised mailbox, in line with service level agreement

assist in the successful management of our investment proposition

responsible for coordinating and responding to client requests and queries

participation in projects which may require your assistance from time to time
