Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Intune and SCCM Architect to manage and maintain Windows 11 endpoints, design Autopilot deployment solutions, and develop automation scripts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SCCM and Intune administration, strong PowerShell scripting skills, and proficiency in SQL and Power BI for reporting. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, technical writing skills, and the capability to work independently in a global, collaborative environment.
Job Functions
- Implement, update, and maintain Windows 11 endpoints using Intune and SCCM, including policies, profiles, and applications.
- Design and implement Autopilot deployment solutions for Windows 11 devices.
- Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Monitor and report on endpoint management solution performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
- Evaluate new Intune features and capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption.
- Create reports and collections using SQL queries and Power BI.
Qualifications
Primary Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SCCM infrastructure in a global enterprise.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Intune administration.
- Experience with Co-Management, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business.
- Experience with SCCM OSD.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policies.
- Excellent PowerShell scripting knowledge.
- Highly competent in SQL and Power BI to develop queries and reports as needed.
- Good technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects and other tasks under minimal supervision.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment.
