Our functional area CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) is responsible for innovation and supply chain management as well as all commercial tasks of our business units. This also includes the three segments Polyurethanes, Polycarbonates and Coatings, Adhesives, Specialties.
We are an energetic and motivated team within the Business entity Tailored Urethanes. Our task is to develop and sell solutions tailored to our customers’ needs in the Automotive, Wind and further industries on a global scale. We want to further grow our business and are always interested in new ideas. For that reason we offer an Internship in Sales & Market Development.
Your Opportunities at Covestro

You will support the team in formulating a segment's go to market strategy as well as the segment leads in composition of core segment strategies until 2025 and beyond

Furthermore, you will support upcoming strategy processes (success tracking, facilitation of workshops etc.), for example in the field of supply chain management or portfolio strategy

Conduct desk research to provide market intelligence on critical topics (Offering, Value proposition, Sustainability etc.)

In addition, you conduct regular sales analysis and derive insights for the Sales & Market Development team

You will work in a global and cross functional environment

You are currently pursuing your master degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a comparable subject

In addition, you have ideally already gained some experience in the field of project management

You work independently, systematically and have a quick grasp of things

Very good MS office and Excel skills are required

You can communicate very well and enjoy working in a team

Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile, German is a benefit
