We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Automation Intern to join our team. As an Process Automation Intern, you will work closely with our Head of Service Management team to design, develop, and implement Process Automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in cutting-edge automation technologies and tools.

YOUR MISSION

  • Testing Process Automation solutions from Microsoft and ServiceNow

  • Developing, testing, and deploying Process Automation bots

  • Collaborate with the team to understand process requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

  • Analyze and document existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation.

  • Assist in process mapping and creating detailed solution designs.

  • Conduct thorough testing of Process Automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Debug and troubleshoot any issues encountered during development or production.

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user manuals for Process Automation solutions.

  • Maintain a knowledge base for automated processes and solutions.

  • Provide support to ensure ongoing optimization of Process Automation solutions.

  • Stay updated with the latest Process Automation tools and trends to suggest potential improvements.

  • If possible, explore opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) with Process Automation for advanced solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Basic programming knowledge in languages like Python, Java, or C#.

  • Understanding of database systems and SQL

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand complex processes.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Prior experience with automation projects or internships is an advantage but not mandatory.
