You will spend 75% of the time on the floor identifying, fixing problems and improving systems.
Specific focus needs to be on KPI monitor and production lines performance and connected activities: you will own Loss Analysis of the Line/s in order to deploy loss elimination targets/activities being able to engage every day the core team.
Main Responsibilities
SAFETY & QUALITY

  • Know and act as a guarantor of the quality and safety standards and procedures as LOTO, GMP, CCP and SPP.
  • Use quality and prevention instruments such as quality and safety Near Miss, BOS, QRP, QA Matrix.


IL6S ACTIVITIES

  • Support Line Leader in the development of a zero-loss culture in the core team, starting from the loss analysis
  • Act as role model for the core team living safety and quality as a value.
  • Encourage high standards of safety and quality
  • Contribute to the collection and the analysis of RCA to develop a prevention system and loss elimination.
  • Be responsible for the loss analysis of the line/lines
  • Implementation and execution of the productivity masterplan for the line/lines
  • Execute and implement loss reduction project working close with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance


OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES

  • Collect and analyze data autonomously
  • DMS (daily management system) involvement and improvement
  • Support the Line Leader in the achievement of the SQCDSM objectives of the line
  • Support the line leader in the development of the core team operator (ie training)
  • Guarantee the observance of standard parameters of the products.
  • Manage projects/activities according PDCA cycle.
  • Autonomous troubleshooting analysis and solving for daily technical/IL6S topic

  • IS6L knowledge is a plus
